LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - There will soon be some new apartments in Lansing.

On Tuesday, the State Housing Development Authority and Let’s Grow Michigan broke ground on a new building at the REO Gateway Development.

Affordable housing is crucial for attracting and retaining a growing workforce, yet affordability is declining nationwide.
